Building the Talent That Builds Bharat’s Businesses.

Our Leadership
I have spent over a decade building education infrastructure across the UK and India, designing systems that serve thousands, not dozens.
At SOF, we are not adding another qualification to the market. We are redesigning how young leaders are prepared for responsibility. SOF is built on discipline, institutional thinking, and long-term relevance, not trends.

I’ve seen what happens when young talent gets the right access. Teams grow from 20 to 800, ideas turn into institutions, and small towns produce serious builders.
SOF exists for that moment. We bring global standards to local ambition, and we expect our students to take ownership early of their work, their thinking, and the impact they want to create in Bharat

I’ve worked with hundreds of global brands and thousands of founders – from 0 to 1 to 1 to 1000 scale. Across startups and enterprises, I have noticed: clarity and judgement decide outcomes.
I’ve seen how opportunity can be engineered early. In a world reshaped by AI and shifting job markets, we train young leaders to think independently, execute with taste, and develop decision-making muscle before the world demands it.

Education is one of the most powerful levers shaping leadership and opportunity. Working across policy, fellowships, and youth programs, I’ve learned that outcomes are never accidental, they are engineered through the systems, incentives, and design choices we embed from the start.
At SOF, we build learning environments that along with skills, develop agency, judgment, and moral courage. Leadership is not taught through slides. It is shaped through responsibility, reflection, and real stakes.
